Using OffFeed

These terms describe use of the OffFeed website and application at offfeed.fyi. Use the service only if you can legally agree to these terms. Keep your account and email sign-in links secure, and provide information you are entitled to share.

What the service provides

OffFeed estimates topic interests from a ten-question self-assessment. Optional social connections, when available, add signals from followed accounts or subscribed channels. These are indirect signals, not a record of what you actually read or watch. Connections are optional.

The intended report contains five sourced discoveries with short summaries and explanations of relevance. The assessment and one complete first report are free. Reports are released only when suitable reviewed sources are ready.

Current free beta

Accounts and assessments are open. First reports are still being prepared, external account connections are not yet available for public use, and paid subscriptions are not open. There is currently no paid checkout. We do not charge for a report that is not yet available or guarantee a report delivery date during this free beta.

Future paid subscriptions

The proposed weekly-update plans are US$2.99 per month or US$24 per year. Paid access will open only after the report service and payment setup are ready. The final price, billing interval and any applicable taxes will be shown before purchase.

If a purchase is offered through Paddle, our order process will be conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle will be the seller of record for that purchase and will handle payment, billing documents and transaction-related refunds. Its Buyer Terms and Refund Policy will also apply. This planned arrangement does not mean Paddle has already approved OffFeed.

Renewal and cancellation

When subscriptions become available, a monthly or annual plan will renew automatically at its stated interval unless cancelled before renewal. You will be able to manage or cancel it through the billing link provided with your purchase or the account billing controls. Ordinary cancellation stops future renewal and keeps access through the paid period. Refunds follow the refund policy. Account deletion will require stopping future billing first.

AI, sources and limitations

AI helps draft summaries and source classifications. Human source review is required before news cards are published, but errors and omissions can still occur. Linked publishers remain responsible for their own material. Read the original source before relying on a claim for an important decision.

The topic map is an uncalibrated estimate, not a scientifically validated psychological test or a measure of identity, ideology or intelligence. Reports provide general reading suggestions, not medical, legal, financial or other professional advice. See the methodology and limitations.

Acceptable use and content rights

Do not use OffFeed to break the law, access another person’s account, bypass access controls, send abusive requests or infringe the rights of others. You retain rights in material you provide. Your access to OffFeed does not transfer ownership of its software or grant permission to republish third-party articles. Source links and summaries are provided for reading and context.

Account access and changes

We may limit access to investigate abuse or protect accounts. Features and source availability can change. Material changes to paid service terms will be communicated before they apply; future checkout will explain any changed price. You can stop using the free service and request deletion through your dashboard.

Your rights

Availability and factual accuracy cannot be guaranteed. Nothing in these terms removes consumer, privacy or refund rights that cannot legally be excluded. Contact OffFeed if the service does not work as described or you need help with your account.
